This policy explains what information Therapy Admins LLC ("Therapy Admins", "we") collects through therapyadmins.com, our chat widget, our forms, and our text messages, how we use it, and your choices.
Who we are
Therapy Admins helps massage therapists with the admin side of their practice: insurance billing, getting approved by insurance, booking software, websites and phone answering. We are Therapy Admins LLC, based in Eugene, Oregon.

What we collect
- What you type into our chat widget or forms: your name, email, mobile number, practice name, and your message or answers.
- Which text message consent boxes you checked, and when.
- Our messages with you by chat, text, email and phone.
- Basic technical data your browser sends (IP address, browser type, pages visited), logged by the tools that run this site.
- Data from the Meta Pixel on this site: which pages you visit and actions you take, such as sending a form or tapping to call or text. Meta uses cookies to collect this. It never includes your mobile number or text message consent.
We do not collect patient records, health information about your clients, Social Security numbers or card numbers through this website.
How we use it
- To answer your questions and follow up on your inquiry.
- To schedule intro calls and set up your account if you become a customer.
- To send promotional texts or emails only if you agreed to receive them.
- To keep the website working and secure.
- To measure and improve our Facebook and Instagram ads.
Text messages and your mobile number
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. The only exception is the providers that deliver our texts for us, listed below, and they may only use it to send our messages.

Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We use a few service providers to run the business. They only get what they need to do their job for us:
- HighLevel (LeadConnector): our chat widget, forms, contact records and messaging.
- Twilio and mobile carriers: deliver text messages.
- Cloudflare: hosts this website.
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram): the Meta Pixel measures visits and actions on this site for our ads. You can control ad settings in your Facebook or Instagram account, or block cookies in your browser.
We may also share information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while you are a prospective or active customer, and our message history for as long as we need it to serve you plus 3 years for business records. If you ask us to delete your data, we delete it within 30 days unless the law requires us to keep it.
Your choices
- Ask what information we have about you, or ask us to correct or delete it.
- Opt out of texts by replying STOP.
- Opt out of emails with the unsubscribe link in any email.

Children
Our services are for businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you think we have, email us and we'll delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top.
