These terms cover your use of therapyadmins.com, our chat widget, our forms, and our text messages. The website and services are run by Therapy Admins LLC. By using the site you agree to these terms.

What this site is

This site describes our services and lets you contact us. Sending us a message or a form is a request to talk, not the start of a service. Any paid service starts only after we both agree to it in writing, and that agreement governs the service.

Who can use it

You must be 18 or older and using the site for your business.

Prices and results

Prices on this site are current when posted. The price in your signed agreement is the one that applies. We don't promise specific results, such as how many claims insurance pays.

Text messages

Program name: Therapy Admins LLC text messages.

How you opt in: by entering your mobile number in the chat widget on therapyadmins.com and checking one or both consent boxes, or by checking the text consent box on one of our forms. Neither box is checked for you. Opting in is not required to buy anything from us.

What we send:

• Customer care texts (if you check that box): replies to your questions, follow-up on your inquiry, appointment and intro call coordination, and account setup and onboarding.
• Promotional texts (only if you check the separate marketing box): offers, discounts, events and service announcements.

How often: message frequency varies.

Cost: message and data rates may apply.

Help: reply HELP to any text, or contact us at (541) 896-4548 or [email protected].

Stop: reply STOP to any text to opt out at any time. You'll get one text confirming you've opted out and no more after that.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Acceptable use

Don't submit false information, use bots, or try to disrupt the site.

Our content

The Therapy Admins name, logo, design and text on this site belong to Therapy Admins LLC.

Limits

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Therapy Admins LLC is not liable for indirect losses from using the site.
